Co-founder of the IZTECH Racing Formula Student team (October 2024), where he leads the electronics, software and autonomous teams. Founder of Evo Digital Marketing. Designing PCBs in KiCad since age 10; ozone sensors he designed at 16 went into serial production and were used by Sütaş, Coca-Cola, Kılıç Balık and Bahçıvan Gıda. Windsurfing coach of his sister Nilda Elvin Evin, two-time World and two-time European champion in the Techno 293 class.

- IZTECH Racing · vehicle electronics (2024 –): In October 2024 a few friends and I founded the IZTECH Racing Formula Student team at IZTECH. I lead the electronics, software and autonomous teams for our electric and combustion race cars. Building the team from scratch: structure, recruiting, task split; Low-voltage (LV) electrical architecture of the car; CAN Bus in-vehicle communication; Embedded systems and sensor integration on STM32 and ESP32; Telemetry, data acquisition and analysis; NodeCard ESP32 rev3: a CAN node board designed in KiCad; A web-based accounting system for the team.
- Ozone gas sensor product line (2019 – 2021): Industrial and portable devices that keep ozone released for disinfection at levels safe for people. They went into serial production and were used by Sütaş, Coca-Cola, Kılıç Balık, Bahçıvan Gıda, tourism companies and shopping malls. ESP8266 firmware with an embedded web UI and OTA updates; END, ELT, PRT and PLG board families drawn in KiCad, order sets V2→V4; I milled prototype boards on my own CNC with FlatCAM; I designed a separate programming jig for serial flashing; The OZZY firmware went from V4 to V10.72.
- aicp · AI control plane (2026): My own infrastructure for running my server, two Macs and desktop through AI agents with persistent sessions. Agents hand work to each other and keep notes in my vault; risky operations go through approval. Python service + SQLite: agent registry, message queue, event log; Each agent turn runs in its own memory-limited systemd unit; A typed, journaled repair tool for root operations that rolls back on failure; Time-boxed root grants approved with an authenticator code; claude.ai MCP connector, web UI and an agent health dashboard; 180+ automated tests.
- PREKİT · design to product (2026): A browser-based editor for 40×60 profile construction kits such as pergolas and winter gardens. A kit drawn in the editor is rendered automatically on a Mac, passes my approval and is published to the store. Assembly rules in code: corner plates, rafter joints, braces; Automatic product renders with Blender; Approval queue: no kit is published without sign-off; SolidWorks construction models (CSWA certified).
- IZTECH Environmental Eng. · measurement systems (2021): For the department’s research I built IoT particulate matter measurement systems and an algorithm that measures algae concentration from images. Alphasense OPC-R2 PM sensor on Arduino UNO/Leonardo; Nextion display and data logging; Image-processing algorithm for algae concentration, published as a web tool.

## All projects
- My own game controller (2014): A DIY controller built on a Logitech G930 using UnoJoy, which turns an Arduino into a USB joystick. I was 10.
- Personal KiCad library (2014–2021): The symbol and footprint library every later board of mine is built on. It grew for 7 years.
- In-house PCB fabrication (2015–2021): Isolation milling from Gerbers with FlatCAM. I made my boards on my own CNC before sending them to a fab.
- Renders and 3D scenes (2015–2021): Product renders and 3D scenes, including visuals for the ELT and PLG devices.
- Early designs (2016–2019): 3D printed parts, enclosures and my first measurement code for the MQ131 ozone sensor.
- Hydrogen fuel production (2017–2018): A system that produces and uses hydrogen as an alternative fuel, built for TÜBİTAK.
- Robot arm and scalable 3D printer (2017–2020): A NEMA17-driven robot arm and a 3D printer frame that scales up. I combined parts I designed with open-source models.
- Ze25 product family and PLG board (2018–2020): The first boards I designed as products: the Ze25 family and the plug-in PLG / Ze25Plug.
- Remote support tools (2018–2021): Remote access and service experiments built on Aspia and PyConnect.
- Teknozone boards (2019–2021): Regulator, main module and plug-and-play MQ135 air quality boards.
- Ozone gas sensor product line (2019–2021): Industrial and portable ozone sensors in serial production, used by companies including Sütaş and Coca-Cola.
- NFC-card computer access system (2019): Software that manages shared computers with NFC card login and user credits. Prepared for the İzmir Bar Association.
- Unity game projects (2019–2020): A ship game and small game prototypes in Unity.
- ESP8266 experiments (2019–2021): An OTA update draft, a NodeMCU logging to MySQL and a DHT11 local web server.
- Production board sets V2–V4 (2020–2021): Production-ready KiCad sets of END_A, END_B, ELT_A, PRT_A (2.4" display), PLG and smaller boards.
- Product firmware family (2020–2024): OZZY V4→V10.72, TKZ END-A N1.01→N1.08, MEO ELT V1.01→V1.12, PLG V1.02→V1.11, all updated in the field over OTA.
- ESP8266 programming jig (2020): A board in THT and SMD versions for flashing ESP-12E modules quickly in production.
- Serial communication protocol (2020–2021): A multi-UART protocol with master/relay/sensor nodes. It ran in an egg incubator with an MQTT bridge; submitted to TÜBİTAK.
- IZTECH environmental measurement (2021): Particulate matter measurement systems and an algorithm that measures algae concentration from images.
- SerkanScript (2021): A visual programming tool I built on Drawflow, where you write programs by wiring blocks.
- Video codec experiments (2021): Experiments with an H.264 decoder and block-matching motion estimation.
- IoT data pipeline (MQTT → NoSQL) (2021–2022): Publisher/subscriber services that store device MQTT messages in a database.
- LoRa sailing athlete tracker (2022): LoRa and GPS based systems that track sailors’ position and performance.

- AI VJ (2026): A real-time video mixing instrument in Swift and Metal. Eight 1080p60 layers in 0.65 ms of GPU time per frame.
